Suffolk Mind - Benefits of physical activity on our mental health

The sea squirt is a creature that lives at the bottom of the ocean and has the most basic brain in nature. It uses its brain to move from its spawning ground to the place where it will stay for the rest of its life. Then it eats its brain. Jon Neal, from Suffolk Mind, will talk more about the sea squirt, why it eats its own brain, and about the various ways physical exercise can help with your mental health.

The event will take place online via Zoom. All joining instructions and finer details will be sent to you via the email given upon booking.
