Suffolk Coast & 100 cycle ride

A beautiful late Summer's day cycling in the Suffolk countryside. Ride 35, 65 or 100 miles while enjoying the sights of heathland, fields and coast through quiet lanes. Choose a route and also take up the option to raise money for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity. The ride is supported with downloadable GPX, route signs and marshals, first aid, mechanics and pick-up vehicles, with refreshment stops along the way for purchasing food and drink and replenishing water bottles/packs. Book a massage at the end of the ride and celebrate with a well-earned certificate and medal!
